Initial Consultation

$185.00

Duration: 90 Minutes.

This is a comprehensive, deep dive designed to move you past the guesswork and toward tangible relief and clarity. We will identify your immediate concerns so we spend our time working on the specific resolutions that matter most to you right now.

What we’ll cover:

  • The Full Picture: We’ll review your clinical history and birth story, followed by a gentle physical and oral assessment of your baby and an initial weight check.

  • Guided Feeding Session: I will observe a full feeding, where we’ll work together using real-time, hands-on adjustments to help you reach the goals we set at the start. We will work to identify the root cause of your concerns and take concrete steps to resolve them.

  • The Discussion: We’ll wrap up by summarizing our findings. This is our time to review the techniques we practiced, troubleshoot anything that felt difficult, and ensure you have a clear understanding of the next steps before I leave.

  • Your Custom Roadmap: Following our visit, you will receive a detailed, actionable Care Plan. This is a realistic path forward that translates our findings into a plan you can actually manage, helping you move past the hurdles we identified at the start of our session.

The Details

  • As parents, we know that even the most carefully prepared plans can shift in an instant the moment a baby decides they have a different agenda. Please don't worry if your little one is having a difficult day or isn't "performing" on schedule; we will follow your baby’s cues and shift the flow of our appointment to meet them where they are.

This same grace extends to your home. My goal is to support you in your actual, daily environment, and I expect to walk into a lived-in space. Please do not feel the need to tidy up or stress about things being imperfect; babies aren’t scripted and homes shouldn't have to look like magazine covers for you to receive care. Whether we start with the exam or the feeding, we will still hit every important milestone and ensure you’re left with the support you need—exactly as you are.

  • Each consultation includes one week of follow-up support. I am available for quick questions and troubleshooting via email Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with extended email support available on Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for one week following every consultation. During these hours, I aim to respond within two hours.

Note: For urgent medical concerns or after-hours care, please contact Telehealth Ontario, your primary care provider, or visit your local emergency room.

  • I provide in-home consultations throughout Etobicoke, Toronto (west of Yonge), and North York.

My “Core” service area includes neighborhoods such as:

    • Etobicoke — Islington City Centre, Kingsway, Humber Valley, and Rexdale;

    • Toronto West — Bloor West Village, High Park, Junction, and

    • Corso Italia; North York — Willowdale, Downsview, and York University Heights.

If you are located east of Yonge Street (including East York and Scarborough) or west of Highway 427 (Mississauga), I am often still able to visit for a flat $25 travel fee.

Follow-Up Session

$135.00

Duration: 60 Minutes.

(Note: For the best results, I typically recommend scheduling your first follow-up within 7–10 days of our initial visit to maintain momentum.)

Nurturing growth takes time. In these follow-up sessions, we remember that healing and learning aren't always a straight line upward. Some days will feel like a giant leap forward, while others might feel like a step back as you and your baby find your rhythm. These check-ins are designed to hold space for those ebbs and flows, allowing us to pivot our strategy and celebrate the small, quiet wins that lead to long-term success.

What we’ll cover:

  • The Progress Recap: We’ll start by identifying what’s been working and where you’ve hit roadblocks. If a certain strategy hasn't landed, we’ll look at why—troubleshooting the mechanics or the timing to find a better fit for your daily life.

  • Progress Tracking: We will weigh your baby before the feeding begins to monitor growth trends and provide a clear picture of their development since our last visit.

  • Refined Hands-On Support: I will observe another full feeding session, providing real-time adjustments as we continue to fine-tune your technique and work toward your primary goals.

  • An Updated Plan of Action: You’ll receive a revised Care Plan that reflects our latest observations, ensuring your roadmap remains realistic and relevant.
